TO FIX NOON ON WEDNESDAY, JUNE 22, 2011, AS THE TIME TO ELECT A SUCCESSOR TO FILL THE UNEXPIRED TERM OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT SEAT ON THE UNIVERSITY OF SOUTH CAROLINA BOARD OF TRUSTEES.

Be it resolved by the Senate, the House of Representatives concurring:

That the Senate and the House of Representatives shall meet in joint assembly in the Hall of the House of Representatives at Noon on Wednesday, June 22, 2011, to elect a successor to fill the unexpired term of the Sixth Judicial Circuit Seat on the University of South Carolina Board of Trustees.

Be it further resolved that all nominations for a successor to the University of South Carolina Board of Trustees, Sixth Judicial Circuit Seat, must be made by the Chairman of the Committee to Screen Candidates for Boards of Trustees of Colleges and Universities, and that no further nominating or seconding speeches may be made by members of the General Assembly on behalf of any candidate.
