TO REQUIRE THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL TO ADD CUSTODIAL WORKERS TO PHASE 1A OF THE STATE'S COVID-19 VACCINE PLAN FOR PURPOSES OF VACCINE ROLLOUT OF INITIAL VACCINE DOSES.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
SECTION 1. The Department of Health and Environmental Control shall add custodial workers to Phase 1a of the state's COVID-19 Vaccine Plan for purposes of vaccine rollout of initial vaccine doses.
SECTION 2. This joint resolution takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
