A BILL

TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY REPEALING SECTION 56-3-645 RELATING TO ROAD USE FEES IMPOSED UPON MOTOR VEHICLES POWERED BY ELECTRICITY, HYDROGEN, ANY FUEL OTHER THAN MOTOR FUEL, OR A COMBINATION OF MOTOR FUEL AND ANY FUEL OTHER THAN MOTOR FUEL.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION    1.    Section 56-3-645 of the 1976 Code is repealed.

SECTION    2.    This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
