Reps. OTT and J.E. SMITH propose the following Amendment No. 2 to H. 3368 (COUNCIL\DKA\3549SD11):

Reference is to Printer's Date 2/22/11--H.
Amend the bill, as and if amended, Section 11-11-415(A)(1), as contained in SECTION 1, by striking beginning on line 40 of page [3368-1] through line 1 of page [3368-2], the following:

/ the lesser of:
           (a)      one hundred six percent of the adjusted base-year estimate; or
           (b) /
Renumber sections to conform.
Amend title to conform.
