Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IA, Section 15, UNIVERSITY OF CHARLESTON, page 46, line 36, opposite /Other Operating Expenses/ by increasing the amount(s) in Column 3 by:

     52,000

Renumber sections to conform.
Amend totals and titles to conform.
