Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 91, LEGISLATIVE DEPARTMENT, page 489, paragraph 91.13, line 29, by striking /$1,000/ and inserting /$2,000/

Renumber sections to conform.
Amend totals and titles to conform.
