    Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 1, DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION, page 357, proviso 1.63 (School District Activity Bus Advertisements), lines 18-22, by striking the proviso in its entirety.    

    Renumber sections to conform.
    Amend sections, totals and title to conform.
