Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IA, Section 113, AID TO SUBDIVISIONS - STATE TREASURER, page 247, line 3, opposite /Aid - Local Government Fund/ by increasing the amount(s) in Columns 3 and 4 by:
     Column 3      Column 4
     4,900,000      4,900,000

Renumber sections to conform.
Amend totals and titles to conform.
