Amend the joint resolution, as and if amended, Section 1, page 6, after line 8, by adding an appropriately numbered item to read:
/P360 - Patriot's Point Development Authority
           USS Laffey            $50,000

Renumber items and sections to conform.
Amend totals and titles to conform.
