    Amend the bill, as and if amended, page 1, by striking lines 36 through 42, and page 2, by striking lines 1 through 8 and inserting:

/     (A)     Notwithstanding any other provision of law, a physician who knowingly performs or attempts to perform a dismemberment abortion and thereby kills an unborn child is guilty of a felony and, upon conviction, must be fined ten thousand dollars or imprisoned for two years or both.             /

    Renumber sections to conform.
    Amend title to conform.
