    Amend the bill further, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 1A, DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION - EIA, page 309, proviso 1A.14, line 15, by striking:/professional staffing ratios and/    
    Renumber sections to conform.
    Amend sections, totals and title to conform.
