Amend the joint resolution, as and if amended, SECTION 1, by adding an appropriately lettered subsection at the end to read:

/( )I n making appointments to the advisory board, race, gender, national origin, and other demographic factors should be considered to ensure nondiscrimination to the greatest extent possible as to all segments of the population of the State./
