Open Carry with Training Act

Rep. BAMBERG proposes the following Amendment No. 11 to H. 3094 (COUNCIL\CM\3094C016.GT.CM21):

Reference is to Printer's Date 3/3/21 -H.

Amend the bill, as and if amended, by adding the following appropriately numbered SECTION:

/SECTION___. Article 4, Chapter 31, Title 23 of the 1976 Code is amended by adding:

"Section 23-31-245.A law enforcement officer is immune from civil liability for choosing not to respond to a complaint regarding a violation of the provisions that govern open carrying of weapons."/
