Transparency and Integrity in Education Act

Reps. McDaniel and Rivers propose the following amendment (LC-3728.WAB0029H):

Amend the bill, as and if amended, SECTION 2, by striking Section 59-29-620(A)(6) and inserting:

(6) meritocracy or traits such as a hard work ethic were created by members of a particular race, sex, or religion to oppress members of another race, sex, ethnicity, color, national origin or religion; and
