Rep. Rutherford proposes the following amendment (LC-3594.HDB0050H):

Amend the bill, as and if amended, SECTION 16, Section 16-23-500(F), by adding an item to read:

(4) any conviction for a nonviolent felony offense for which the sentence has been completed.
