Appropriations Bill, 2023-2024

Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 117, GENERAL PROVISIONS, page 533, after line 2, by adding an appropriately numbered paragraph to read:

/ (GP: Budget Proposal)All state agencies, colleges, universities, boards, and institutions shall submit a budget proposal based on a three percent reduction in funds with its executive budget proposal in the next fiscal year./

Amend totals and titles to conform.
