Rep. McCravy proposes the following amendment (LC-3514.PH0015H):

Amend the bill, as and if amended, SECTION 1, Section 52-5-360(A), by adding an item to read:

(8) All applicants must be authorized to do business in this State and must maintain a physical office in this State with at least one full time staff member available by phone from 9:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
