Reps. King and Bamberg propose the following amendment (LC-474.DG0088H):

Amend the bill, as and if amended, SECTION 1, by striking Section 44-41-610(1) and inserting:

(1) "Conception" means  fertilization fecundation of the ovum by the spermatozoa.
