Reps. Hager, Bradley, and W. Newton propose the following amendment (LC-782.HDB0001H):

Amend the bill, as and if amended, by adding an appropriately numbered SECTION to read:

SECTION X. Nothing in this act may be construed to repeal or amend the provisions of Section 1 of Act 278 of 1985, as last amended by Act 476 of 1998, which provides for the staggering of terms of members of the board, among other things.
