Rep. Bannister proposes the following amendment (LC-5203.DG0006H):

Amend the bill, as and if amended, SECTION 48, by deleting Section 13-1-90.

Amend the bill further, by deleting references to proviso number 50.5 in the lead-in to SECTION 48.
