Rep. Pace proposes the following amendment (LC-5310.HA0001H):

Amend the bill, as and if amended, SECTION 1, by striking Section 12-37-220(54) and inserting:

 (54) 36.8421 percent of the fair market value of all aircraft. For purposes of this exemption, aircraft has the same meaning as provided in Article 19.
