EXPLANATION: Create PFAS pilot program to evaluate and facilitate emerging technologies to remove PFAS compounds form industrial wastewater.

Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 118, STATEWIDE REVENUE, page 593, proviso 118.19, after line 15, by inserting:

/ ( ) PFAS Pilot Program $ 900,000;/

Amend totals and titles to conform.
