Amend the bill, as and if amended, SECTION 21, by deleting Section 58-3-260(B)(2) from the bill.

Amend the bill further, SECTION 21, by deleting Section 58-3-260(C) from the bill.

Renumber sections to conform.

Amend title to conform.
