Current Amendment: 2A to Bill 3276

Senator Young, Grooms, and Hembree propose the following amendment (LC-3276.AHB0012S):

Amend the bill, as and if amended, by striking SECTION 8 and inserting:

SECTION 8. This act takes effect September 1, 2025one year after approval by the Governor.

Renumber sections to conform.

Amend title to conform.
