The Committee on Medical, Military, Public and Municipal Affairs proposes the following amendment (LC-221.VR0001H):

Amend the bill, as and if amended, by striking SECTION 2 and inserting:

SECTION 2. This act takes effect uponsixty days following approval by the Governor.

Renumber sections to conform.

Amend title to conform.
