Senator Bennett proposes the following amendment (LC-3431.HDB0003S):

Amend the bill, as and if amended, by striking SECTION 4 and inserting:

SECTION 4. This act takes effect ninety days after upon approval by the Governor.

Renumber sections to conform.

Amend title to conform.
