Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 3, LOTTERY EXPENDITURE ACCOUNT, page 338, after line 14, by adding an appropriately numbered paragraph to read:

/ (Ticket Delivery) In the current fiscal year, the Commission may expend funds to contract with courier service businesses to deliver lottery tickets to purchasers of lottery tickets. /

Renumber sections to conform.

Amend totals and titles to conform.
