Senator Hutto proposes the following amendment (SMIN-318.KR0003S):

Amend the joint resolution, as and if amended,, by adding an undesignated paragraph Section 3 to read:

 (7) the commission shall not use taxpayer funds to hire or compensate any outside consultants or contractors for services related to the duties outlined in this section.

Renumber sections to conform.

Amend title to conform.
