The Committee on Judiciary proposes the following amendment (LC-4760.VR0001H):

Amend the bill, as and if amended, SECTION 8, by striking SECTION 8 and inserting:

SECTION 8. This act takes effect uponninety days after approval by the Governor.

Renumber sections to conform.

Amend title to conform.
