The Committee on Agriculture, Natural Res. and Environmental Affairs proposes the following amendment (LC-5096.CM0002H):

Amend the bill, as and if amended, SECTION 1, by striking Section 47-17-520 and inserting:

Section 47-17-520. The provisions of this article do not apply to plant-based meat substitutes.Reserved.

Renumber sections to conform.

Amend title to conform.
