The Committee on Labor, Commerce and Industry proposed the following Amendment No. 1 to S. 583 (LC-583.PH0001H) :

Amend the bill, as and if amended, by striking SECTION 2 and inserting:

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governoron July 1, 2026.
