Rep. J. L. JOHNSON proposes the following amendment (LC-4762.WAB0019H):
Amend the bill, as and if amended, SECTION 2, by adding a subsection to read:
(C) Each public school in this State shall display the lyrics and musical notation for the Black National Anthem in each public school classroom no later than January 1, 2027.Renumber sections to conform.
Amend title to conform.
