Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part 1A, Section 54, RURAL INFRASTRUCTURE AUTHORITY, page 151, line 15, opposite /STATEWIDE WATER AND SEWER FUND/ by increasing the amount(s) in Columns 3 and 4 by:
