Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 38, DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL SERVICES, page 395, after line 15, by adding an appropriately numbered proviso to read:

/ (DSS: Eligibility) For the current fiscal year, the department shall suspend the application of 21 USC Section 862 b(1)(A)(i) to all individuals domiciled in the state. The department shall use $100 to notify recipients via a media release./

Renumber sections to conform.

Amend totals and titles to conform.
