| EXPLANATION: Amend proviso to delete language allowing state funds to be used for resettlement program if the county council approves the relocation. |
Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 117, GENERAL PROVISIONS, page 534, paragraph 117.104, lines 26-27, by amending the proviso to read:
/No state funds shall be expended to assist in the United States Refugee Resettlement Program unless the county council of the county where the resettlement is to occur approves the relocation./
Renumber sections to conform.
Amend totals and titles to conform.
