Senator Garrett proposes the following amendment (SR-3924.CEM0036S):
Amend the bill, as and if amended, SECTION 45, Section 61-14-540, by adding subsections (g) and (h) to read:
(g) THC is an intoxicating substance that causes a psychoactive reaction. Onsets of effects may be delayed.(h) Concurrent use with alcohol or other intoxicants increases impairment and crash risk.
