Insurance Rate Reduction and Policy Holder Protection Act

Rep. BREWER proposes the following amendment (LC-4817.HA0016H):

Amend the bill, as and if amended, SECTION 33, by striking Section and inserting:

SECTION 33. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor, except as otherwise noted in this SECTION. The provisions of Section 38-75-485 and Sections 12-6-1620(B), 12-6-3660(D), 12-6-3662, and 12-6-3670 shall take effect on July 1, 2027.

Renumber sections to conform.

Amend title to conform.
