Amend the bill, as and if amended, SECTION 1, by striking Section and inserting:

SECTION 1. This act may be cited as "Fargo's, Hyco's, Rico's, Coba's, Wick's, and Mikka's, and Bumi's Law."

Renumber sections to conform.

Amend title to conform.
