Rep. FORD proposes the following amendment (LC-3924.PH0019H):

Amend the bill, as and if amended, SECTION 7, by striking Section 61-2-100(I) and inserting:

 (I) The department may not issue a wholesale beer and wine, hemp specialty retailer, or a hemp-cannabinoid productbeverage permit pursuant to this title unless the applicant is a legal resident of the United States and has been a legal resident of this State and has maintained his principal place of abode in this State for at least thirty days before the date of the application.

Renumber sections to conform.
