Rep. SESSIONS proposes the following amendment (LC-3022.WAB0001H):

Amend the bill, as and if amended, SECTION 1, by striking Section 43-21-130(A)(5) and inserting:

  (5) the Director of the Department of Disabilities and Special NeedsBehavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities Office of Mental HealthIntellectual and Developmental Disabilities or their designee;

Renumber sections to conform.

Amend title to conform.
