Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 117, GENERAL PROVISIONS, page 574, after line 29, by adding an appropriately numbered paragraph to read:

/ (GP: Motor Fuel User Fee Suspension) From July first of the current fiscal year until August first of the current fiscal year, the provisions of Section 12-28-310(D) are suspended. /

Renumber sections to conform.

Amend totals and titles to conform.
