Rep. GRANT proposes the following amendment (LC-5683.HDB0018H):

Amend the bill, as and if amended, by adding a new SECTION to read:

 SECTION X. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, and for 2026 only, a person may apply to register to vote on election day and may vote in elections on that day if that person meets the qualifications pursuant to Section 7-5-120.

Renumber sections to conform.

Amend title to conform.
