Rep. WATERS proposes the following amendment (LC-5683.ECT0046H):

Amend the bill, as and if amended, by adding a new SECTION to read:

SECTION X. No later than five days after the effective date of this act, the State Election Commission shall mail a notice to each registered voter who has been placed in a different congressional district than in the previous election cycle, or whose precinct has been split or combined, as a result of the congressional district map established by this act.

Renumber sections to conform.
