Rep. BAUER proposes the following amendment (LC-5683.ECT0049H):

Amend the bill, as and if amended, by a new SECTION to read:

SECTION X. No later than one year from the effective date of this act, the State Election Commission shall develop a system for randomly selecting the congressional district in which each registered voter shall cast their ballot during the 2028 election cycle.

Renumber sections to conform.

Amend title to conform.
