A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY AMENDING SECTIONS 56-3-2210 AND 56-3-2230, BOTH RELATING TO THE CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN MOTOR VEHICLES AND MOTORCYCLES AS ANTIQUE, SO AS TO CLARIFY THAT ANTIQUE MOTOR VEHICLES AND MOTORCYCLES MAY BE USED AT NIGHT FOR PURPOSES IDENTIFIED IN THESE SECTIONS IF EQUIPPED WITH WORKING HEADLIGHTS AND REAR LIGHTS.
