A JOINT RESOLUTION

DIRECTING THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION TO MAKE ROAD IMPROVEMENTS ALONG DENNIS RIDGE ROAD, BETHEL ROAD, POWERHOUSE ROAD, AND BUTTER ROAD IN BERKELEY COUNTY.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION 1. The South Carolina Department of Transportation is directed to make the following road improvements in Berkeley County:

(1) pave the unpaved portion of Dennis Ridge Road (S-8-35);

(2) pave the entire length of Bethel Road;

(3) resurface Powerhouse Road (S-8-20); and

(4) resurface Butter Road (S-8-470).

SECTION 2. This joint resolution takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
