    AN ACT TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY ADDING SECTION 37-1-310 SO AS TO PROVIDE DEFINITIONS, TO PROVIDE THAT A COMMERCIAL ENTITY THAT PUBLISHES CERTAIN OBSCENE MATERIAL ONLINE MAY BE HELD LIABLE FOR CERTAIN DAMAGES, TO PROVIDE THAT IT IS UNLAWFUL FOR A COMMERCIAL ENTITY TO MAKE A PORNOGRAPHIC WEBSITE AVAILABLE TO PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF EIGHTEEN, AND TO PROVIDE THAT THE ATTORNEY GENERAL MAY SEEK INJUNCTIVE AND OTHER EQUITABLE RELIEF. - RATIFIED TITLE
